Torbay Discount Card – Completes #IceBucketChallenge2014

At the start of August we said that we would carry out the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge 2014, we did some research into this and discovered that MacMillan had also started something similar so we decided that we would do the Ice Bucket Challenge for both charities as both are worthy causes.

The MacMillan Cancer Research has a very personal meaning to our owner and founder, having lost 3 members of his family to Cancer in 2000 including his Father, and both Grandmothers.

Our owner and founder also knew that the Ice Bucket Challenge was also initially started by the charity ALS Association, and hence why he donated to both charity organisations.
