It’s all so quiet… but busy as ever

Written on the: August 28, 2014 by Robert Haylor

We normally have so much to say and announce, we normally send out a business monthly newsletter and yet this month we have been really quiet and we think you guys deserve an explanation as to what we have been doing these past few weeks.  Our previous blog post, from what we remember was all the way back in July and now as we approach the end of August you would be forgiven for thinking we were no longer around.

So here goes..

First of all we are still around and we’re not going anywhere one of the major reasons we have been quiet these past few weeks is down to the following:

  1. Torbay Carnival – at the start of August we were at the Torbay Carnival and we had a lot of interest and plenty of cards are now in circulation because of our attendance.  When we attend these event we’re not there to make money we are there to raise awareness of us, our brand and to show you how we differ from that of other discount card schemes.
  2. Paignton Regatta – a week after Torbay Carnival we were at the Paignton Regatta and although the wind and rain saw us many a time clear up before the end of the day we had a fantastic time all the same and thank you so much for having us.
  3. Internal Developments.

Internal Developments

As we have previously mentioned, we are still here and have been working very hard behind the scenes and before the 6 weeks holiday we brought all the open projects that we had for the Torbay Discount Card together and decided that by the 8th September 2014 all of these open projects were to be on their way to completion.

Almost 6 weeks later and we can happily say almost 98% of all of our open projects relating to the Torbay Discount Card have been finalised or are at their respected positions.

Look out for our announcements over the next few weeks..
